Payment information

For high-value payments, your card issuer may call you to verify the purchase for your security. If the order is found not to be legitimate, such as use of a stolen card or an order placed in another person's name, we may hold or cancel it at our discretion.

For bank transfer, you can pay via PC banking, internet banking, telephone banking or at your nearest bank branch.
The depositor name entered at checkout must match the name on the actual transfer. Payment must be made within 7 days; orders not paid in time are cancelled automatically.

When exchanges and returns are accepted
- Within 7 days of receiving the written contract. If the goods are supplied later than the written contract, within 7 days of receiving the goods or the start of supply.
- If the goods or services differ from their description or advertising, or the contract was performed differently, within 3 months of receipt, or within 30 days of the date you learned or could have learned of it.

When exchanges and returns are not accepted
- The goods were lost or damaged for reasons attributable to the customer (however, you may withdraw your order if the packaging was opened only to inspect the goods).
- The value of the goods has dropped significantly due to use or partial consumption by the customer.
- The value of the goods has dropped significantly over time, making resale difficult.
- The packaging of reproducible goods has been damaged.
- Goods made to individual order, where withdrawal would cause the seller irreparable loss and the customer gave prior consent.
- Supply of digital content has begun (however, for contracts made up of divisible services or divisible digital content, you may withdraw for the portion not yet supplied.)
